WHAT IS A NOTARY PUBLIC?
A notary public is a public officer constituted by law who is certified to witness and confirm the signing of legal documents. When you work with a notary public, they will serve three important purposes:
- Confirm the identities of the participating parties
- Witness signatures between them
- Sign off on the validity of the agreement
We are fully licensed by the State of New Jersey and perform all services in accordance with applicable laws. All fees are to be paid in cash app or via mobile credit card billing device when available. Fees include $2.50 Notary Fee in accordance with New Jersey Law as well as all applicable travel and convenience fees. Minimum travel and convenience fee of $25 applies to all mobile transactions. Five or more notarizations qualify for Regenerex Mobile Notary Pro’s 20% volume discount. A valid, non-expired government ID is required for all notary services. No exceptions.

Excess Wait Time - The waiting fee is billed in 30-minute increments beginning 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Wait time fees and travel fees must be paid before any documents are notarized.

NOTARY PUBLIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Assemble your documents and make sure they are properly and completely filled out, except for the required signatures.
- Bring documents that validate your identity and present them to the notary at the time of the signing. These documents could be a government-issued license, passport, or birth certificate. Note: validating your identity is at the discretion of the notary. Therefore, make sure you bring your original photo I.D. that is not expired.
- The signer(s) is mentally competent.
- Sign the document in front of the notary public.
- The notary public will then sign the document and add a seal of approval in the form of a stamp.
- Pay notary fee for the service.

Regenerex Resource Partners, Mobile Notary Pros service Essex County and surrounding areas. We support remote, in-person, or hybrid transactions. We’re available after hours, weekends and holidays. Flexible appointments can be arranged. We will travel to your home, business, or mutually agreed upon location to serve your notary needs. NOTE: For Travel a minimum of $25.00 travel fee will be charged for failure to notarize at the designated time due to signer not presenting acceptable forms of ID, or not having the correct documents or any situation where the signer is not in a position to sign or provide the right documentation.
